What information is collected from the users?
Any NokNok can easily create their accounts on Groceries app. However, After when creating the account, some data is collected from the users.
- Personal Information: Users’ contact information such as their name, email address, phone number, etc. will be collected and saved for the registration and authentication purposes.
- Usage Data: Saving information on how you interact with our app, including features you use, and actions you take while using the app.
- Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our app, such as device type, operating system, and browser type.
- Location Data: If you have enabled location services, we may collect your location data.
- Handling Payments by POS: Personal data such as payment info (Card Token), and Usage Data, may also be collected and saved.
How to Delete Your Account
Any NokNok can easily delete their Groceries app account. However, After deleting the account, if the user wants to use the Groceries app, they will have to register again and complete the registration process as a new user on the app. The user will also lose their Wallet cash (if any), saved addresses, and favorite products’ list.
- Click on the “My Profile” icon on the app and then “Settings” tab.
- On the “Settings” screen, click on the “Delete Account” button.
- After pressing the “Delete Account” button, the popup message will appear.
- If you want to delete your account, then click on the “PROCEED” button. With this your account will be deleted permanently.
If you do not want to delete the account, then click “NEVERMIND”.
Important Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data associated with this account. This action cannot be undone.
